PROJECT DESIGN

Our team of experienced engineers and designers creates project documentation of mechanical and electrical systems for a wide range of buildings. We provide coordination of all professions in the given range through a contact person so that our clients do not have to spend time and money on meetings with individual designers. Most of our employees have obtained university degrees and can speak fluent English.

CONSTRUCTION

Since 1995, our project managers, supervisors and other staff members have completed a number of different projects throughout the Czech Republic and abroad. We can ensure total compliance with the contractual terms and pre-agreed prices due to their professional qualifications, motivation, mobility and strong work ethic. Many of our qualified employees also speak English or French.

LEED CERTIFICATION

Environmental certifications of buildings are independent audits of buildings conducted at different stages of their life-cycle. These certifications are voluntary for the commercial sphere and can be used as a transparent proof of the quality of buildings with regard to improving their impact on the environment and human health.

SERVICE

Do the technical facilities in your building fail to function according to your expectations? Do you have to deal with user's claims? Our experts identify the causes of the malfunctions, do the necessary measurements, and propose an optimal solution regarding your priorities. After approval of the budget for the necessary repairs, our technicians will carry them out adhering to “good engineering practice”.
